Our goal is to deliver the order within 3 working days. Because we get many of our products from the UK, this may take longer from now on due to Brexit. We will of course continue to do our utmost to get your package to you as quickly as possible. If the product is temporarily out of stock, KeepTotal will contact you immediately.

Shipping costs

Orders in the Netherlands will be charged €7.95 and orders elsewhere in Europe will be charged €9.95. ​ If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete (delivery) address details, we will charge the shipping costs for this. So carefully check the specified delivery address! ​
Brexit ​
Because many of our products come from the UK, you may be asked to pay import duties when entering your package. Do not panic! Send us the link for payment so that we can pay these costs and your package will be delivered to your home at no extra cost.
Returns & Exchanges
After receiving the article you ordered, we use a period of 14 working days to send it back. Within these 14 working days you can return and / or exchange the product received without giving a reason, provided it is complete, unused and undamaged. This also applies to the packaging of the product.

Always return the product prepaid, unstamped returns will not be delivered to us.
The costs of franking the return shipment are for your own account. Therefore, make sure you are properly advised in advance about your choice. If products are not delivered according to the original order (wrong size, manufacturing error), the return costs will be on behalf of KeepTotal. Reimbursement of the purchase amount will be made as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days.
You must always send a copy of the delivery note. Please don't forget this; otherwise we do not know from whom the returned items originate and can therefore not process them. If you no longer have this voucher, send a letter with your name and address, telephone number and reason for return in the box.
